Janneman is the Rotating Product Manager at Taegutec South Arica, specialising in the tooling and optimisation of CNC production projects.
Janneman holds a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and spent most of his career in the CNC industry as a 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC milling programmer using advanced CAD/CAM software.
Legit CNC
Pierre is the owner of Legit Engineering and Supplies, providing training to the private sector, Industry, TVET Colleges and Universities across Africa.
Pierre is a red seal qualified Tool, Jig and Die maker, and is also involved in the local and international World Skills competitions.
He participates on the judging panel of the international World Skills competitions, and serves as a coach and mentor to the South African team participating in the event.
Victor Machine Tools
Christiaan is an Application Engineer for Victor Taichung who has a strong background in the Defense and Aerospace manufacture industry.
His design and programming background was established with Denels prototype shop Micromax.
Multi-tasking CNC experience with the Victor X200 Mill Turn machine was a highlight off his career in the manufacturing industry.
Mastercam
Taygan is the Territory Manager for Mastercam in EMEA and represents Mastercam in South Africa.
Taygan ensures the management of the relationships and growth between Mastercam and EMEA Mastercam Channel partners, OEM Partners, Educational Partners, and Mastercam customers by using sales, administrative, and technical skills to coordinate activities with resellers, partners, OEMs, and Customers.
EPTS
Dr Johan Groenewald has an excess of thirty (33) years’ experience in education and training, during which time he occupied various positions that allowed him to gain a holistic view of the education system especially related to the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Colleges in South Africa.
He has overseen numerous industry projects within the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.
In 2016 he retired as the deputy principal, academic affairs at the Ekurhuleni East TVET college and is currently consulting companies on accreditation, planning of training workshops, skills implementation and training project management.
Wysa Engineering
Andro is the Director of Wysa Engineering, a high end production facility that specializes in CNC machining as well as expert welding.
Besides managing the production of Wysa, Andro is involved in the educational development of trades through Soltech, as well as CNC machining R&D projects.
Andro recently orchestrated the purchase and installation of a complex solar backup system at Wysa Engineering, combining generator power with multiple solar systems for optimal performance.
Venter Consulting
Peet is the owner and Director of Venter Consulting Engineers and holds an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering.
With over 20 years of experience in the design and development of turbomachinery and power plant-related equipment, he still frequently travels internationally to improve his knowledge of the latest technological advancements regarding machining and manufacturing.
